Description

The street lights between the 4400 and 4600 blocks if Lowcroft Ave are out as of last night. Street lights on both sides of Lowcroft Ave are out. There are two drug houses within those blocks and would Luke to see lights fixed so that the neighborhood us in total darkness and in wanted traffic. Thanks
