A. Aggressive homeless man on the corner of fountain view and 59 . Throwing soapy water at vehicles that decline window cleaning- soaping up entire vehicle when he gets angry. He made motions towards my car as if he were to throw the metal squeegee at my window . Not a safe area ! The homeless in that intersection are becoming very pushy and aggressive . Trash everywhere .
